Vinyl flooring questions
How much does vinyl flooring cost?
It depends on the range you choose, the size of the rooms and any subfloor preparation needed. We measure for free and send a clear quote, usually the same day.
What is the difference between vinyl and LVT?
Sheet vinyl comes on a roll and is usually fitted in one piece. LVT comes as individual planks or tiles, is thicker and gives a more premium finish. We bring samples of both so you can compare.
Is vinyl good for bathrooms?
Yes. Fitted in one piece, vinyl has few joints for water to get into, which makes it a practical choice for bathrooms, kitchens and utility rooms.
Do you prepare the subfloor?
Vinyl shows any bumps underneath, so we check your subfloor at the measure and explain any preparation it needs in your quote.
How long does fitting take?
It depends on the size of the area and any preparation needed. We confirm the timings with your quote.
Do you take away my old flooring?
Yes, we can remove and dispose of your old flooring where required. Let us know when you book.
Do you bring samples to my home?
Yes. We bring samples to you, so you can see them in your own rooms and light before you decide.
