How much does a stair runner cost?
It depends on the runner you choose, the number of stairs and the shape of your staircase. We measure for free and send a clear quote, usually the same day.
What is the difference between a stair runner and stair carpet?
Stair carpet covers the full width of each step. A runner covers the middle and leaves the edges on show, so the wood or paint of your stairs becomes part of the look.
Do my stairs need painting before the runner goes down?
The edges of your stairs stay on show, so it is worth finishing them first. We can talk you through the timing at the measure.
Can you fit a runner on stairs with a turn?
In most cases, yes. We measure the shape of your staircase at the home visit and confirm how the runner will be set out.
Do you take away my old stair carpet?
Yes, we can remove and dispose of your old stair carpet where required. Let us know when you book.
Do you bring samples to my home?
Yes. We bring samples to you, so you can see them in your own rooms and light before you decide.
