Laminate flooring questions
How much does laminate flooring cost?
It depends on the range you choose, the size of the rooms and any subfloor preparation needed. We measure for free and send a clear quote, usually the same day.
Is laminate suitable for kitchens?
Water resistant laminates can work well in kitchens and hallways. For bathrooms and rooms that get wet, we usually recommend LVT or vinyl instead.
Should I choose laminate or LVT?
Laminate is the better value wood look for living rooms, bedrooms and hallways. LVT costs more but is water resistant, warmer and quieter underfoot. We bring samples of both so you can compare.
Is underlay included?
Yes. We recommend the right underlay for your room and subfloor, and include it in your quote.
How long does fitting take?
It depends on the size of the area and any preparation needed. We confirm the timings with your quote.
Do you take away my old flooring?
Yes, we can remove and dispose of your old flooring where required. Let us know when you book.
Do you bring samples to my home?
Yes. We bring samples to you, so you can see them in your own rooms and light before you decide.
