Order Procedure

Step 1

Browse through our wide selection of high-quality interior doors and hardware. Once you've found the perfect style, request a quote, sit back and relax. It's time for us to do the hard work.

Step 2

We will then receive your request and contact you to answer any questions you might have. We'll then get your measuring and fitting appointments booked.

Step 3

We will come to measure your door frames on the agreed date. We'll make a note of all required door sizes and take note of anything the fitting team will need to be aware of.

Step 4

A member of our team will then contact you to confirm all is well with your measurements. Once all has been confirmed and you're happy to proceed we will then take payment. This can be made by SumUp, bank transfer or over the phone.

Step 5

We will then take delivery of your new doors from our trusted suppliers and carry out internal checks.

Step 6

Our joiners will arrive at your home on the agreed fitting date to install your new doors.

Final step

Once all is complete, we will do a thorough clean-up and check to ensure that you are 100% happy with your new doors. It's as simple as that!
